Terms of sale

These terms cover buying any Dziko Kits product, including Spray Office. Dziko Kits is run by Dziko Digital (“we”, “us”), Malawi. Contact: pkabambe@dziko.digital.

What you’re buying

Our kits are digital files: spreadsheets for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and guides in PDF or Word format. They are not software, a subscription or a service, except for optional calls if you buy them.

Pre-release (founding) orders

Some kits are sold before release. The product page states the release date. If we miss it, you can have a full refund (see the refund policy).

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who may act as the seller of record and add sales tax or VAT where required. Their terms also apply to the payment.

Licence

You may use a kit in your own business, on any number of your own devices, and edit the files as you like. You may not resell, share or publish the files or their contents, or include them in a product you sell.

Calls

If you buy a set-up call, we’ll agree a time within 30 days of delivery. Unused calls can be refunded within those 30 days.

Refunds

Because kits are digital files, we don’t refund for a change of mind. We refund pre-orders that don’t ship on time, and faulty or misdescribed kits we can’t fix. Full details are in our refund policy.

No professional advice

Our kits are record-keeping and planning tools. They are not regulatory, legal, tax, accounting or agronomic advice. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you, and for the figures you enter and the decisions you make.

Liability

We provide the files “as is”. We work to make the formulas accurate, but we can’t guarantee they’re free of errors or suitable for every business. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you bought.
