Dziko Kits is run by Dziko Digital, Malawi. This notice explains what we collect and why. Questions or requests: pkabambe@dziko.digital.

What we collect

• From sign-up forms (such as the Spray Office founding list): your name, email, business name, country, a few questions about your business, and anything you choose to write.
• If you buy: your name, email and order details. Card and payment details go to our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

Why we use it

• To send you the checkout link, deliver your kit, send updates you agreed to, and handle refunds and support.
• To understand what customers need so we can improve our kits. We only quote what you write without your name, unless you agree otherwise.

We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who processes it

Our web host stores form submissions; our payment provider processes orders; our email provider sends messages. They may store data outside your country, under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Sign-up details: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the kit’s release, whichever comes first. Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, and ask us to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as Malawi’s Data Protection Act, the GDPR or the CCPA, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
